Importing Video from HV30 to Final Cut Pro

I recently purchased a sweet Canon HV30 camera. I love it but importing video using Final Cut Pro was not easy to figure out. The beauty of FCP is that you can log and capture snippets of video rather than import huge chunks that you don’t need. Once you set the clip in an out points, FCP controls your camera and digitizes all your clips for you as a batch of individual files. Read more
